Automatic Payment Terms & Conditions
These Automatic Payment Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between RightMove Health, LLC and its affiliated professional entities (“RightMove,” “we,” “us,” and “our”) the person providing or designating the Payment Method (as defined below) information and any other person who is authorized to make purchases or obtain services from us to be charged to the Payment Method (“you”). “Payment Method” means the bank account, credit card, debit card or other payment method information you provide to us at the time you agree to these Terms or any future payment method information we receive from your bank, our payment vendors, or you provide to us for automatic payments.
Section 1
By providing your Payment Method and enrolling in our recurring payment program, you authorize RightMove to: (a) to initiate recurring automated clearing house (ACH) debit entries or debit card payments from the bank account you specify, or (b) to initiate recurring charges from your specified credit card. The amount debited from or charged to your Payment Method every billing period may vary and will be the current total balance on your account. Your balance is the amount on your RightMove statement. Once your enrollment is processed, all payments will be automatically processed using your Payment Method on the RightMove statement due date, unless you terminate your authorization as described in Section 8.
Section 2
RightMove will make your billing statement available to you via email or online through your account at www.app.rightmovehealth.com at least 30 days prior to your statement due date. You agree to review each statement you receive and provide RightMove notice of any errors or disputed charges at least 72 hours prior to your statement due date.
Section 3
Your authorization applies to the Payment Method on file and any future information provided by your bank, our payment vendor, or by you through your RightMove account. You must update all changes to your Payment Method by logging into your account at www.app.rightmovehealth.com. If you do not update your Payment Method and RightMove is unable to process a payment for the amount due on your RightMove account, you may be subject to applicable late fees, returned item charges and any fees or charges assessed by your financial institution.
Section 4
RightMove uses a Card Account Updater service that communicates new Cardholder details to replace expired or cancelled cards from the Visa, Mastercard, and Discover Networks. If your existing bank card as a payment method on file is replaced by this service, the new card information on file will act as the authorization on a go forward basis.
Section 5
You agree to be bound by any rules your financial institution requires for pre-authorized electronic funds transfers and/or that your debit or credit card issuer requires for pre-authorized debit or credit card transactions. You are responsible for all fees charged by your financial institution associated with the pre-authorized payment option.
Section 6
You agree to be bound by the rules of the national automated clearing house association (NACHA) for ACH payments and your applicable financial institution account holder agreement
Section 7
You agree to be bound by the rules of your financial institution’s cardholder agreement, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and any and all bankcard processing, acquiring, and issuing networks for bank card payments.
Section 8
YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE YOUR AUTHORIZATION AT ANY TIME ONLINE BY LOGGING INTO YOUR ACCOUNT AT www.app.rightmovehealth.com AND TERMINATING AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS OR BY CALLING RIGHTMOVE AT +1-888-514-7220 AND TERMINATING YOUR AUTHORIZATION WITH A RIGHTMOVE REPRESENTATIVE.
Section 9
RIGHTMOVE SHALL BEAR NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY LOSSES OF ANY KIND THAT YOU MAY INCUR AS A RESULT OF A PAYMENT MADE ON ITEMS INCORRECTLY BILLED OR FOR ANY DELAY IN THE ACTUAL DATE ON WHICH YOUR ACCOUNT IS DEBITED OR YOUR CREDIT CARD IS CHARGED.
Section 10
You authorize us to treat your electronic signature as evidence of your consent to initiate electronic payment transactions from your Payment Method on a recurring basis. This authorization via electronic signature has the same effect as a handwritten signature on a paper-formatted contract. Your consent only applies to the initiation of the recurring electronic credit card, debit card, and bank account debits.
Section 11
You will receive a copy of these terms electronically. RightMove reserves the right to change these terms or terminate the automatic payment program at any time. Notice may be given on or with your statement or by other methods. If you do not agree to any changes to these terms, you must terminate your automatic payment enrollment immediately as described in Section 5. By continuing to use the automatic payment option after revisions are in effect, you accept and agree to all revisions.
Section 12
These terms do not in any way terminate, amend, or modify any other terms, agreements or policies that apply to your RightMove account or any RightMove services you receive or other agreements you may have with RightMove, including the RightMove Terms of Service.
