Members schedule a virtual evaluation with our specialized physical therapists the same day—online, by text, or phone. We review each member’s history and symptoms, discuss their priorities, then guide them to an actionable diagnosis and next steps for their care.

After the evaluation, we build a care plan with treatment options tailored to each member. Our doctors and other expert providers write referrals and work with the member’s health plan to arrange physical therapy, order imaging, or a consult with specialists.

Our care coordinators handle each member’s next steps, including scheduling and communication with their doctors. If surgery or other higher-level care is needed, we support members before, during, and after to help ensure the best outcome.

Each member’s care team supports them toward their goals with regular check-ins, celebrating progress and adjusting the plan as their needs change. The team stays available any time via messaging, phone, or virtual visits until they’re back in action.
