David Lim, MD

Chief Physician Executive

David Lim serves as Chief Physician Executive at RightMove, a healthcare technology startup spun up from the Hospital Special Surgery in New York City. RightMove aims to provide high quality, patient-focused omnichannel musculoskeletal (MSK) care available to all individuals across our nation. Previously, Dave served as Chief Technology Innovation Officer at InnovaCare Health, a multistate, full-risk, provider system serving the Medicare Advantage population. Dave also served as Chief Medical Officer and as Employee #1 for the Founding Team of Quartet Health, a tech company navigating and accelerating patient access to mental health care services.

Over the course of six years, Dave built multiple key functional teams from commercial strategy, business development, health plan and provider system relations, field operations, and clinical product development. Prior to Quartet, Dave served as Director of Clinical Design at Castlight Health focused on provider relations, BD, and product innovation. A former Boston Consulting Group (BCG) Project Leader, Dave established the International Consortium for Health Outcome Measurement with Professor Michael Porter at Harvard Business School. He completed the Osler Medical Residency at the Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore and also an infectious disease fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco. Dave attended Harvard College and received both an MD and PhD from Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons.
